We are looking for a Medical Assistant to assist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who can provide excellent customer service while communicating with patients, physicians, co-workers, contractors, and outside facilities. We are opening a new MRI facility, and are recruiting for a MRI Technologist. This person will interpret a physician’s instructions, explain MRI procedures to patients, perform diagnostic testing, view images, and keep records of the results. MSJ is expanding its operations, and is looking for Billing and Coding Specialists to be part of a new department. The Billing and Coding Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and coding medical record documentation to include office visits, procedures, and surgeries for the different multi-specialties within the practice. The Specialist is also responsible for reviewing and allocating the appropriate payments per payor contracts, making necessary adjustments to patient accounts, follow-up on outstanding insurance claims and submitting appeals as needed. Develop working relationships with the physicians and other departmental staff to help with identifying and resolving issues or errors
