Billing and Coding Specialist

MSJ is expanding its operations, and is looking for Billing and Coding Specialists to be part of a new department.  The Billing and Coding Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and coding medical record documentation to include office visits, procedures, and surgeries for the different multi-specialties within the practice.  The Specialist is also responsible for reviewing and allocating the appropriate payments per payor contracts, making necessary adjustments to patient accounts, follow-up on outstanding insurance claims and submitting appeals as needed.  Develop working relationships with the physicians and other departmental staff to help with identifying and resolving issues or errors

Call Center Operator

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who can provide excellent customer service while communicating with patients, physicians, co-workers, contractors, and outside facilities.  This position is an important component to the success of the practice as the call center is the first point of contact for our patients.  Key responsibilities are answering telephone calls, screening and elevating calls based on urgency, and routing calls to appropriate personnel.  For a detailed job description, click on the position title.

Medical Assistant

Front Office Medical Receptionist

We are looking for someone with an energetic personality to work full-time in our Ryan Ranch office location.  The Front Office Medical Receptionist is the face of our organization as you welcome patients and visitors into our office.  This position will be responsible for updating and maintaining patient demographics, collecting patient co-pays and balances, and assisting medical and clinical staff with triaging patients.  We want someone who will take pride in providing excellent customer service and fill a critical role in our ability to provide the highest quality of care for our patients and their families.

Radiologic Technologist

We are looking for a Radiologic Technologist to join our team.  The Technologist is responsible for delivering quality patient care while performing x-rays in compliance with all regulations.  This person should possess skills and knowledge to competently provide quality x-rays with proper radiation safety, maximizing the use of equipment and resources.  The Technologist must have completed an accredited Radiology program, and have a current CRT/ARRT certification.  For a detailed job description, click on the position title.

Credentialing-Contracting Specialist

We are looking for a Credentialing-Contracting Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring that licensed practioners are appropriately credentialed, to include education, experience, licensing, malpractice, databank searches, and other related requirements.  This person will assist in the coordination of tracking, managing, and auditing all contracted provider agreements; as well as assisting in the resolution of contract payment issues, and analyzing contract performance.

Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking someone who is very detail-oriented and able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.  As a Scheduling Coordinator you will play a very important role in ensuring proper communication between patients, family members, staff, and physicians, as well as outside organizations.  This person will schedule all in office appointments including new patient referrals, scheduling all surgical procedures, obtaining authorizations when required, and ensuring proper pre-certifications.
