Medical Billing Manager

We are looking for a Medical Billing Manager who will be responsible for directing and coordinating the overall functions of the medical billing and coding office to ensure maximization of cash flow while improving patient, physician, and other customer relations. The individual is responsible for designing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective billing processes across multiple markets.  This position requires strong managerial, leadership, and business office skills, including critical thinking and the ability to produce and present detailed billing activity reports.

Billing and Coding Specialist

MSJ is expanding its operations, and is looking for Billing and Coding Specialists to be part of a new department.  The Billing and Coding Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and coding medical record documentation to include office visits, procedures, and surgeries for the different multi-specialties within the practice.  The Specialist is also responsible for reviewing and allocating the appropriate payments per payor contracts, making necessary adjustments to patient accounts, follow-up on outstanding insurance claims and submitting appeals as needed.  Develop working relationships with the physicians and other departmental staff to help with identifying and resolving issues or errors

Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking someone who is very detail-oriented and able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.  As a Scheduling Coordinator you will play a very important role in ensuring proper communication between patients, family members, staff, and physicians, as well as outside organizations.  This person will schedule all in office appointments including new patient referrals, scheduling all surgical procedures, obtaining authorizations when required, and ensuring proper pre-certifications.

Front Office Medical Receptionist

We are looking for someone with an energetic personality to work full-time in our Ryan Ranch office location.  The Front Office Medical Receptionist is the face of our organization as you welcome patients and visitors into our office.  This position will be responsible for updating and maintaining patient demographics, collecting patient co-pays and balances, and assisting medical and clinical staff with triaging patients.  We want someone who will take pride in providing excellent customer service and fill a critical role in our ability to provide the highest quality of care for our patients and their families.

Durable Medical Equipment Coordinator

We are seeking a person who has great customer service skills and able to interact with patients, physicians and staff on a professional level, while providing education on DME products and basic exercises that can be done safely while wearing the product. The DME Coordinator will support the physicians and medical office staff to provide the highest level of care for patients.
